REVIEW
SENT TO US FROM THE OWNER OF JESSE AND JAMES THE 2 SHEPHERDS ON VIDEO ON MY YOUTUBE PAGE - 10/12/13
FROM JILL - ABOUT HER EXPERIENCE WITH US -
I don’t normally write reviews and rarely
give top marks but Ron and MELISSA are incredible!! If you are reading this review and are in search of a trainer –
stop here – do yourself a favor and hire Ron. The great thing is Ron trains dogs out of state as well as in - state,
we are lucky that he is not that far away but if you live out of state you can make arrangements with Ron to get your dog
trained. We have 2 GSD puppies we purchased and had them since they were 6 weeks old. They are great dogs but they don’t
listen. They can do a couple tricks, but they also jumped up on people and they had a relational bond issue. At 4 months
old they are dragging us down the street on their walks. 4 months old just imagine if we didn’t get any help,
we wouldn’t be able to walk them. Everyone told us we would have to rehome one of our pups because it would never work.
We were appalled because we love both of them. They are a part of our family and we will do whatever it takes to keep
them together. I called a couple professional trainers and no one wanted to help us since our GSD's were male and brothers.
Then I saw Ronald Pfierman and Melissa his wife (Cincinnati Dog Bootcamp), http://www.aztecdogtraining.com/) video on You Tube watched it several times, kept going back to it ( I think divine intervention) and decided to give him
a call. He was so awesome on the phone. I told him our situation and he gave me some ideas to use with the
dogs before we had a chance to bring them in. He also said it sounded like we were doing a good job with them and it made
us feel better about everything. I convinced my husband that Ron could help us. So my husband and I took our two German
shepherd dogs to Ron and Melissa at 4 months old. Ron couldn't believe the size of our dogs and said it was a good thing
we brought them in because they would be harder to control as they grew up together with bad habits. In 10 minutes he
had James under control, heeling, sitting etc. it was amazing. He then did the same with Jesse. Jesse has had
a problem jumping on people. He took Jesse and had him heeling, sitting and listening in 10 minutes and then he worked
on the jumping up on me. In 3 passes Jesse no longer jumped on me. My husband and I were amazed. Of course
Ron explained that what he is able to do with the dogs can also be transferred to us but we would have to do our homework
and transfer the leadership skills from himself to one of us first off and then both of us a couple weeks down the line. Ron
and Melissa are two wonderful people. They have a nice clean home and kept the dogs in the house and in a very clean
area. Their home doesn't smell of dogs at all as a matter of fact if you didn’t see the cages lined up in the
room, you wouldn't know an animal was in the home. The vet needs to take a lesson from Ron and Melissa. The great thing
about Ron's training is that he is so good with the dogs. They respect him. I think he loves them as much as we do:)
Before we took Jesse, home Ron trained me on what I need to do to keep Jesse on the right track with training at home and
taking the leadership role. It’s been two weeks and we took Jesse home yesterday and at first we let him check out the
house and I saw that if we didn’t do what Ron said, Jesse would try to take back the leadership role. Ron warned us
that this would happen. He said your same old loveable dog is there, he just needs to know who has the leadership in
the house and if you don’t use the stall chain, it will make it harder to take control. So we did exactly what
Ron told us. Jesse tried testing us early in the morning barking and making a racket but we just ignored him to show him that
we are in control and not him. Not everyone in the household was happy but I plan on doing things exactly as Ron has
instructed us so our dogs are great in the home and outside and with visitors. You have to get your dog to see you as the
leader and not Ron. My training this morning went Awesome. Jesse listened to me and sat and stayed in his place as told.
It was crazy awesome. Then I came in the house and texted Ron to make sure I was doing everything right so that Jesse
wasn't confused. Ron and Melissa are patient and caring and he doesn't mind a million questions via text or phone call.
This guy is awesome!!! Now, my husband will be doing the same with James. Bob will be the leader and our dog James who
is a major Alpha dog has seen this too. I can’t say enough about this guy. We have referred several
of our friends to him as well. If you are looking for a true dog whisperer, who cares about your family member and will
make a huge difference in both of your lives in a positive and caring way you need to give Ron a call. I feel
God led me to Ron and I am 100% Satisfied!!!
ABOVE IS MAVERICK - THE DOG THAT THE TESTIMONIAL BELOW IS TALKING ABOUT.
HERE IS THE ORIGINAL TESTIMONIAL FROM COURTNEY - I RECOMMENDED THEY PUT
THEIR DOG TO SLEEP BUT ONCE THEY TOLD ME THAT SEVERAL TRAINERS HAD TRIED AND FAILED AND IF I DIDN'T TRAIN THEIR DOG THEY WOULD
NOT GIVE UP- THAT GAVE ME NO CHOICE - SO I MADE THEM CLEARLY AWARE OF ALL THE DANGEROUS POSSIBILITIES AND TECHNIQUES
I MAY HAVE TO USE AND THEY SAID "GO FOR IT" - I PUT EVERYTHING I HAD INTO THIS JOB AND BY THE GRACE OF GOD - IT WORKED
OUT - AMEN.
I have a Siberian Husky who is extremely stubborn. Over a telephone
conversation Ron was able to pinpoint every characteristic of Maverick without even meeting him. Maverick's biggest problem
in my eyes was possessiveness over food and stubborn. Maverick attacked our new puppy 3 times when I realized I needed help!
The evaluation really opened my eyes. Ron was able to help me realize that Maverick learned to use aggression when he did
not want to something that we asked of him. Ron explained that since this was a behavior he had learn he can unlearn it with
a strict schedule and helping Maverick learn that he needs to work for us not for himself to be happy. My Husky stayed with
Ron for 2 weeks - Ron posted videos of his progress even though one was very hard to watch -- Maverick was being aggressive
on the leash because he did not want to do what he was being told-- the second one was a completely different dog. When I
brought Maverick home I was scared I was going to have a different dog and I would miss Maverick's old personality -- but
his corky characteristics that I loved didn't go anywhere!! Within 10 minutes of being home from bootcamp I brushed him (which
before was always made me nervous before due to him baring his teeth and snapping at me) I was able to completely brush maverick
out with out any type of aggression- he was actually wagging his tail!! Ron solved his food possession and his aggressive
outbursts. We are continuing to work with Maverick and seeing more improvement after each time! Thanks Ron for making my already
perfect baby boy more obedient, happier and overall a safer dog for our family.
MIN- PIN TESTIMONIAL
I took my sweet but extremely wirey and aloof Min Pin to Ron for training
in March of 2102. I had been to several dog trainers - to no avail. Ron was amazing. He not only trained my dog but me and
my 9 yr old daughter how to handle her. She is now a pleasure to be with - we can't thank Ron enough - I would recommend Ron
for anyone who wants a truely Masterful and professional trainer. He took our dog into his home for 2 weeks for "bootcamp"
style training and she was happy, healthy and much more well behaved when she came home. He even offered us Free Followup
Lessons - Ron is Cincinnati's TRUE DOG WHISPERER!
My wife and I looked for a trainer for our 12 week old shiba
inu "cypher" for about 3 weeks before finding Ronald's service.. Cypher was a complete monster to put things lightly.Ronald
was up for the challenge and did not sugar coat anything about what type of dog we had. When i met him he first showed
me his place and where the training would occur and where my puppy would be housed, i felt really good about the area and
knew that my puppy would be taken care of , i could tell they loved dogs and ours would be completely safe. Ronald
kept cypher for 2 weeks and let me tell you , he has gone from little monster to little angel. at no point did i notice any
type of mistreatment of any kind to my dog. Ronald is a great trainer and a really good person whom loves animals
and wouldn't harm them, I truly believe that's why he does this, i will 100% use his services again as soon as my wife allows
me to get an american eskimo!
Took our redbone coonhound/bulldog mix to Ron after she started to show some aggressive behavior. Ron worked with
her and also cared for her . He also educated us on how to handle her properly. She came back to us not a different dog but
a better one. Thanks Ron.
In March of 2012 my family and welcomed into
our home a papillon puppy and named her Madeline. I had never had my own dog before so I wanted to get started on the right
track. First I chose Barkbusters, known throughout the nation. It was the worst $500 I ever spent. They did nothing for me.
So, I let it go. My dog became a little terror. She would bite my 6 year old daughter and I, she used the bathroom all throughout
the house, she ate paper of any kind and growled and barked at my husband, and she was pretty sure she owned me!! It was out
of control. My husband and I were constantly fighting about it. I decided in June of 2013 we could have no more. I live in
Northern Virginia, and started looking around. Prices were astronomical, $1000-$1500 just to train my dog. We couldn t afford
these rates. So, I was going to visit my parents in Ohio and looked for dog training schools in the Cincinnati area. After
searching for awhile I came upon Aztec Dog Training. Immediately I was impressed! He had YouTube videos showing his training
technics, in which, many of the others did not. It showed him training massive breeds all the way down to little ones like
my own. I liked that the website was full of information, and many of the policies and ideas in which he uses to train these
dogs. I called him up two weeks before I left for Cincinnati and we set a date for him to meet Madeline.
When I met Melissa and Ron for the first time, I ll have to say Ron was
a little intimidating at first. This big guy, with a deep voice, I wasn t sure how it was going to work out. But, when he
first met Madeline he warmed right up to her, she loved him, and I saw he had a soft side. They were very welcoming and explained
everything that they were going to do, showed me where she would stay and even showed me some of the training methods that
he would be using right away. I even saw how they interacted with their own dog and how he listened even with another canine
in the room. I was impressed. I signed the contract and handed over my precious baby.
Ron
called after 10 days and said that even though most dogs are ready after this time, my Madeline was giving him trouble. It
didn t surprise me. He offered to keep her for 4 more days, no charge!! He told me that he wanted her to be ready to go home.
When I came to pick her up, she was just as happy and chipper as when I left her. Then he showed me everything she
learned. She was like a different dog!!! Personality wise she was still my papillon, but behavior wish she listened to everything
he said, and looked at him as the leader of the pack. He had us come back for 2 more sessions and taught my daughter and I
how to handler her as well. Ron does give you homework. He asks for 10 mins a day for you to work with the dog just to make
sure they don t forget and end up regressing. I was so pleased.
That was in July. My Madeline
definitely suffers from that little dog syndrome and sometimes she thinks she can get away with things. However, if I ever
have trouble I just text or call Ron and immediately get a response. I have never had a problem at all!!
Ron and Melissa Pfierman are two people who dedicate themselves to the happiness of dogs and their owners. Ron has
been studying and working with dogs for over 30 years and his expertise definitely shows this. Sometimes if he learns something
new on how to deal with dogs, he will let me know. I am so happy that I chose to work with these two great people, and if
I were to ever get another dog I would definitely be taking him to Aztec Dog Training.
Thank
you Ron and Melissa for helping my Madeline and our family!

THIS LADY HAS A BUSINESS THAT WAS GETTING ROBBED -
I TAUGHT THE DOG TO PROTECT THE AREA - SHE HAS NOT BEEN ROBBED SINCE!!
The following are Testimonials from MORE Bootcamp graduates:
Hey Ron, Chopper is doing better. HE is great both on and off lead. We work him while we are walking him.
He is always hyper for the first 5 mintues or so, but relaxes into his routine once we start our walks. We have Chopper
around other dogs all the time . We have implemented a plan of feeding them at different times and have had no other problems
since. If the food aggression becomes a problem we will get hold of you about more training. Thanks so much for all your help
and work.

Ron Pfierman saved the life of my niece's puppy, Daisy.
We are so thankful for Ron and what he did for Daisy. We are a family of dogs.
I have 2, our mom has 2 and our dad has 3 and Tracey has Daisy. We just couldn't consider putting a family member down
unless there were no other option. Ron was our only option and he saved Daisy's life. He does not know this -
but in our household's, Ron is known as Uncle Ron. Out of the kindness of his heart and his love for dogs, he took on our
little Cujo. He did not do this as a business person. He probably lost money on little Daisy because of the amount
of effort he had to put into rehabilitating her.
I would recommend Ron to anyone for any dog training. Not just special cases.
He helped me with my dogs . Not only did he save Daisy's life, he has taught me to be a better dog owner. I
learned things from just watching him work with my dogs.
Thank you, again, Uncle Ron.
Sincerely - Jamie, Tracey, Brooke, Daisy, Lily and Moose.
The following is from another client:
Shannon and Reno -
I went to several Dog Trainers and after continuing to have aggression problems I called Ron.
He treated my dog Reno as if it were his own and did a wonderful Job. I can now study while he lies at my feet instead of
terrorizing the cats and I can have company without the fear of someone getting bit.
Thanks so much Ron.
Below is Damon a 165 lb Caine Corso. "Damon" and "Medussa" (their 6 month old Caine Corso)
went thru Bootcamp together. They came from Adams County in Southeast Ohio.
The Owners said:
Ron did a great job on Off leash training for Damon and Medussa's on-leash control
has improved dramatically. They are great to live with and listen well. They get along great and they are both much
easier to handle. Now walking them is a pleasure rather than a chore.
Ron proved to us that no dog is too big to be trained. We had our doubts.

Below are Stephanie and Kai.
Kai was very dog aggressive.
After Bootcamp Stephanie has been one of my best references
- IN HER WORDS:
Ron Thanks so much for getting Kai under control. I can now
walk him without the fear of him attacking another dog. I really loved the way you treated Kai as if he was your own dog.
