Hello my name is Ronald Pfierman. I am a Master Dog Trainer and Behavior Modification
Specialist. I have been training dogs for over 20 years. I have a partner and Helper with over 30 years experience as
an R.N. and 3 years dog training experience.
It is my love for dogs that motivates me.
I have saved many dog's lives thru Obedience Training/Behavior Modification and
increased the quality of life for both dog owner and their dog throughout the last 23 years.
I started in 1985 working as an apprentice for a National Dog Training facility.
This was a Full Service Dog Training Center . Services were Board and Train, Private Lessons, In - Home Training and Dog Trainer
Courses.
We specialized in Full Protection Work and on and off leash Obedience. We also
Trained, Rented and Sold Guard Dogs.
I worked there for over 10 years where I earned my status as Master
Dog Trainer.
I then started out on my own and continued to do In-Home Training
in Cincinnati up until 2001.
From 2001-2004 I was Training Director and Assistant Manager for The
American Pet Motel in in Chicago Illinois. This was a 500 dog run Full Service Facility.
Next I ventured to New Jersey for a short stint at a Dog Training Daycare
facility.
From 2004 - April 2007 I moved to the desert of Sedona Arizona where
I studied the concept of a non-kennel Bootcamp and then back home to stay in Cincinnati where I set up this school.
I am originally from Cincinnati and
have worked with trainers in many parts of the United States including:

Studied Advanced Dog Training/Applicant Learning and

Attended a 4 day seminar for Indusive Behavior Modification - Clicker Training at
Paws with a cause - Michigan
I was a member of several Schutzhund clubs throughout Ohio, Kentucky and New Jersey.
I have also Designed
TRAINING PROGRAMS AND EXERCISES FOR MANY FORMS OF BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION
for several National Dog Training Facilities.
I now use a combination of techniques that prove to be extremely effective.
We have also worked with Police Agencies and Government Officials and have placed
dogs with foriegn Diplomats for Security Purposes.
