Below is a video clip of a beagle named "Izzy" that came in very dog aggressive
- this is a different beagle than "charlotte" - so bad he couldn't come into a room with another dog there without going totally
bonkers. This clip shows what obedience combined with desentization can accomplish. This dog is 3 weeks into a 4 week program.

Kai came in Dog Aggressive. He was already trained in Obedience by another trainer
but during the Evaluation I noticed that he was doing the obedience exercise by listening and not giving the owner
FULL ATTENTION or eye contact. (This is a common trick smart dogs learn.)
This allowed him to do the obedience routine and appear to
be Paying attention - even though he was using his ears to listen to verbal commands while his eyes and his real attention
was focused elsewhere - allowing him to be dog aggressive on leash.
Once I got KAI to establish eye contact with STEPHANIE and taught him
to "ignore distraction" - HE SHUT OFF THE OUTSIDE WORLD. Making him MUCH EASIER TO
HANDLE and to be handled in such a way to avoid confrontational situations.

Some dogs are genetically designed for fighting and killing dogs. It is unfortunate
that this has occured in our society but it has. This however does not mean that all dogs in any breed are bad - just
more of a responsibilty.
Dog's such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Airedale Terriors should
all be obedience trained to the highest degree to prevent accidental bites and dominance issues.
Most dogs that ares dog aggressive can't be taught to "like" all other dog's
but I can teach you how any dog can be MANAGED WITHOUT INCIDENT, taught to calm down and pay attention and
have respect and absolute obedience to his leader - You.
